While using protective equipment, the restoration technicians remove all solid material and wipes and clean all areas affected by blood. After this is done, the restoration technicians will then determine whether or not anything (including furniture, floor boards, clothing, etc.) was affected in a way in that cleaning is not possible and full removal is needed. After this is done they then make repairs and restore the property to pre-insident conditions.. Using special chemicals approved by the EPA the entire suicide scene is wiped down for a final sanitation process. Our team will then take everything that was removed from the property and properly transport and dispose of it.

One Call can assists eligible customers with the application process required to receive financial assistance from the Florida Crime Victims' Compensation Trust Fund. If you have, or will incur, crime scene clean-up expenses, you are eligible to apply for financial assistance through the Florida Crime Victims' Compensation Trust Fund. Application forms should be completed and submitted in a timely manner by individuals and entities that may be eligible for financial assistance. Qualifying individuals may be reimbursed up to $500 for crime scene clean-up expenses not reimbursed by insurance or other sources. In some cases, the reimbursement amount covers the total charges for One Call's CTS Decontamination services.
